01 / The context

A specific challenge.
A focused direction.

An organic growth program for a French customization business serving companies with branded textiles, objects and print services.

Challenge: Koaprint needed to expand qualified non-brand traffic in a competitive catalog environment while improving crawlability, transactional coverage, Core Web Vitals and authority.

02 / The approach

From investigation
to clear priorities.

I mapped product and service demand by intent, reviewed technical and indexation issues, compared competitor coverage, assessed backlinks and tracked GSC and GA4 performance.

Strategy: The program combined technical improvements with commercial keyword clusters, category and service content, stronger internal pathways and a sustainable backlink plan.

Work completed

  • Technical and indexation audits
  • Commercial and transactional keyword clustering
  • Category and service-page optimization
  • Core Web Vitals recommendations
  • Internal-link architecture

A principle carried forward

What this work reinforced.

B2B e-commerce SEO needs clear intent separation between products, customization techniques, use cases and quote-oriented journeys to avoid thin or competing pages.
